Each year on January 1, I pack up all remnants of
Christmas, pile them in large plastic bins, and store them away. The last act
of all is dragging our live Christmas tree out to the curb for pick up. And despite my efforts and vacuuming, I know I will still be finding tree needles come July
4th.
With Christmas boxed and hidden under the hallway
steps, I turn my attention to the New Year. There is always something special about a new
year...another chance to do those things we neglected to do in the
year before, or started but never finished.
My thing is blogging! It has been ages since I
last blogged any of my thoughts or musings. This year will be different. Our
new Director of Communication, “JJ” is keen on blogging. She says it is a MUST
in today’s world of technology. In other words, she is going to keep me honest
and push me to blog.
So keep an eye open, 2013 is the year of the blog
for me. I plan to have a new one each week, and would love your input! So send
me your comments and suggestions for blog posts in this New Year. I really do enjoy
hearing from you.

learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did,
but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
